Installation and Calibration of Tidegauges

This type of service foresees the installation of tide gauges (pressure sensors and RADAR) in ports or other sheltered places, and transmission of the information in real time, via radio or GSM, to ships or land-based installations. The calibration of the data is generally referred to a predefined datum, the Hydrographic Zero or the Adopted Mean Level. The information, when coming from fixed stations, is archived in a database for later download and support to engineering studies/projects.
